Pacific Coast Sales & Service is the San Francisco district office representing the Trane Company that manufactures, manages and services HVAC equipment systems and controls.

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in IT, offering hands-on experience and room to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues – including updates.
  • Provide basic training on computer use and software applications.
  • Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s)).

 

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of related experience or training
  • Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required
  • Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required

 

Total compensation for this position is $22 to $28 per hour.
