We are currently seeking an experienced: Production Foreman

Essential Functions: Production Foreman duties are the following:
• Determine daily production requirements and plan accordingly
• Delegate personnel to work areas
• Ensure work is completed
• Check monthly production and trends
• Review previous day production records
• Coordinate all departmental efforts to solve production problems
• Administer employee evaluations and disciplinary notices
• Train personnel
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Schedule the daily production plan
• Reconciles monthly inventory
• Assist the General Manager with month end inventory
• Order supplies necessary for production
• Enter production number into manufacturing computer system daily
• Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required

Education/Work Experience Requirements:
The educational requirement for this job position is 5 years supervisory experience in a
manufacturing environment or in military leadership or equivalent.
Must be able to use a computer and operate all pieces of production machinery/equipment
