Position Overview
The Operations Technology Manager is a management role responsible for aligning ANDRES’ technology initiatives with company-wide goals. This individual will manage the design, implementation, and adoption of operational and enterprise technology to enhance project execution, internal collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who understands both the technical landscape and the needs of construction field operations.

  • Technology Strategy & Leadership
    • Manage all technology-related initiatives across the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
    • Develop and execute a long-term Operations Technology Roadmap
    • Actively contribute to company-wide strategic planning and growth discussions
    • Guide technology investments that enhance project delivery, operational consistency, and client satisfaction
    • Manage the IT department, including hardware procurement, implementation, and technical support
    • Brainstorm and Consider ways ANDRES office can become increasingly efficient with technology usage
  • Field & Operational Enablement
    • Ensure field technologies are efficient, effective, and support high-quality project delivery
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with field teams across all active and upcoming projects
    • Assess training needs and implement hands-on learning and support programs for field personnel
    • Champion onboarding and mentorship of new recruits on company technology standards and tools
    • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate and implement technology solutions that drive productivity and scalability
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
    • Identify and apply emerging technologies relevant to construction and business operations
    • Support lean construction principles and drive continuous improvement across departments
    • Monitor and contribute to the ANDRES Operations Manual and Operations Technology (OT) Committee initiatives
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices through the ANDRES Forum
  • Data Governance & Reporting
    • Lead data governance efforts to ensure accurate, high-quality data collection in the field
    • Leverage data analytics to inform forecasting, performance tracking, and executive decision-making
    • Create and manage visual reporting tools and dashboards for leadership insight
  • Vendor & Budget Management
    • Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and monitor service levels
    • Oversee IT and technology budgets to ensure optimal ROI
