Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $72,000–$110,000, depending on experience and certifications + Benefits + PTO + Sign-On Bonus Potential

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility with a strong team-oriented environment and a reputation for excellence. New graduates are encouraged to apply!


Position Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services aimed at improving function and quality of life

  • Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate patient records

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Participate in the development of programs and services within the department

  • Support operational needs, present in-services, and contribute to a collaborative team environment


Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred)

  • Must possess or be eligible for state licensure

  • Previous experience in LTC/SNF or inpatient rehab preferred, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
