As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

 Responsibilities for Service Coordinator:

  • Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct technician, sales rep, or project manager
  • Create and maintain the Client Services database in Salesforce Service Now
  • Assess client issues and provide recommendations to correct these issues
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up on ongoing service needs
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep our customer base
  • Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and call changes, entering new sites, modifying existing sites and handling all general inquiries as required. 
  • Creates and dispatch work orders in Service Trade daily for scheduling of planned maintenance and service
  • Conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation
  • Processes completed work order tickets and invoices according to IESS guidelines
  • Submits invoices through different customer's web portals, as required
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Qualifications for Service Coordinator:

  • 2-5 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
  • Basic financial knowledge and skills, ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, and work orders
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment
  • Shows initiative, regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities
  • Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
