The Pike Companies is looking for Construction Project Managers at all levels to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish while ensuring strong communication, quality work, and successful project delivery. Our Project Managers play a key role in coordinating project teams, managing schedules and budgets, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, and financial performance while serving as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors, managing RFIs and submittals, supporting the change order process, monitoring project progress, and ensuring company standards for safety, quality, and compliance are met throughout the life of the project.
We are looking for individuals with experience in commercial construction who are strong communicators, problem solvers, and team leaders. Candidates may have a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the construction industry. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and documentation is important, along with familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office tools. Salary Range: $73,800 - $100,000 +. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
