Job Description

The Weatherization Senior Installer will provide excellent customer service while installing energy efficient improvements, to include: insulation, IAQ improvements, low static duct renovations, and whole house sealing in residential environments.  Previous experience w/HPwES a plus.

Specific Job Duties:

• Must be able to climb ladders, work in close spaces, and work on rooftops.
• Must present a professional image by arriving on time, wearing company uniforms, being neat, and well groomed. 
• Transports materials and tools to the job site and provides proper accounting of tools.
•  Unloads and loads equipment and materials for jobs on service vehicle.
• Checks loaded equipment to ensure that all materials needed for installation are obtained.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Completes weatherization installations by thoroughly cleaning and removing all trash from the work site.
• Ability to install insulation in attics to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient.  
• Ability to complete paperwork legibly.
• Ability to communicate with dispatcher and call center personnel (eg. Debrief, email, etc).
• Must comply with all safety standards and processes.
