Has an open position for Electrical Service Manager

Duties Include:

Manage, Supervise and Train Field Electrical Service/Install Staff
Report to Operations Manager
Plan and execute training sessions
Perform individual coaching sessions with sales personnel
Track performance statistics to focus on training needs
Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare field service/install staff                                                         Coordinate electrical installs and manage capacity

Requirements:

10 years experience residential electrical repair/ remodel
5 years management experience

Proficient computer skills
Exposure to Systemized sales and training Process
