Position: Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data from multiple sources into databases with high accuracy
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval
• Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely data updates
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with data entry tools, Microsoft Excel, and database systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles
