Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in estimating and procurement within the window or fenestration industry. This role is open to professionals who have worked as a Project Manager/Estimator or Purchasing Agent/Project Manager for a window manufacturer or fenestration company. While this is a non-urgent hire, we are open to reviewing strong profiles as they become available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for window manufacturing and installation projects

  • Manage projects from bid award through production, delivery, and installation

  • Oversee purchasing of materials, components, and vendor pricing related to window systems

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and field teams

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager/Estimator or Purchasing Agent/Project Manager

  • Mandatory experience with a window manufacturer or fenestration company

  • Strong estimating, procurement, and project coordination background

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

  • Familiarity with construction or manufacturing project lifecycles

  • Proficiency with estimating and project management software

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
