Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Some Saturdays

Looking to take the next step in your equipment operating career? We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our grading crew. This is a great opportunity to work on local projects, enjoy excellent benefits, and be part of an amazing team that supports and values its people.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, loaders, and excavators for grading and site prep

  • Safely and efficiently move earth and materials to meet grade specifications

  • Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance

  • Follow site plans, grades, and directions from supervisors or foremen

  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time and to spec

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience operating grading equipment

  • Strong knowledge of finish grading, slopes, and proper techniques

  • Commitment to safety and precision

  • Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented attitude

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)
