HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Program Analyst - Administrative Support to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Leads to maintain, distribute and provide reports and briefings.
  • Schedule, Organize, prepare documents, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution.
  • Edit, Summarize and Organize meeting minutes to provide concise and accurate reporting of meeting discussions, action items and tasking.
  • Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, project, and program leadership to ensure effective completion of tasking and release of relevant documentation to customers.
  • Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.
  • Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects.
  • Support document repository generation, organization and QA Document control systems.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Teams Collaboration.
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred:

  • Current active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
