EXPERIENCED GRADING FOREMAN

BPC is a drug fee work place, testing prior to hire & random test as long as employed. 

E-VERFIY 

Qualifications:

-Five or more years building jobs. 

-Ability to use interactive digital plans.

-Experienced operator of major grading equipment: Dozer, Loader, Excavator, Compactors, Rollers, Motor grader, Scrapper, & hand tools. * Pipe work experience is a plus. 

-Must be able to set grades. 

• Knowledge of GPS grade control systems. 

-Must be able to take responsibility  for your jobs, equipment, documentation, subs & crew(including traffic controller crew). Must be able to work as a team with other foreman and their crew.

-Inspect for quality control - to match up to the contract specifications. 

-Good record keeping skills. 

• Must accurately track and report daily work hours for crew, equipment utilization and quantities of work performed.

-Supervisors operators & crew, coordinate dump trucks, & subs.

-Good communication between superintendents, shop, project managers, office staff. We are all one company.

-Valid drivers license is required.

-Knowledge of traffic control standards.
