HART Technologies, Inc., an AS9100D certified design and build company, is looking for capture manager with experience in DOD programs to work as members of a motivated development team performing design, build and integration of real-time tactical systems.
Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Capture Manager for Tactical Systems & Projects to support evolving business opportunities centered on Other Transaction Authority (OTA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and other quick-response contracts opportunities for the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for pursuit end to end, from opportunity identification, white paper development to proposal submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams including program management, engineering and finance to execute pursuits.
- Develop win strategies and plans to ensure smooth hand-off of information and responsibility between teams supporting the pursuit throughout different capture phases.
- Develop the opportunity by leveraging current technologies and programs to build and develop new customer channels.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify customer objectives, priorities, and requirements and align company capabilities as an innovative industry leader.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Develop and document effective win strategies including teaming and pricing strategies.
- Develop and write RFI responses.
- Demonstrate solid business acumen in all capture pursuit decisions.
- Participate in the identification of potential acquisition targets.
Required
- Minimum 8 years DoD industry experience, including 4+ years of business development -or- equivalent DoD Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) / Program Executive Office (PEO) experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in capture of engineering, development or prototyping contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders and to provide leadership within the workplace.
- Proven success in the following discipline(s): Business development, capture management, program management, and engineering programs.
- Ability to perform local travel in the mid-Atlantic region.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Desired
- Prior experience managing and executing rapid development and prototyping programs for DOD components.
- Active Secret level security clearance.
