Day-To-Day

  • Leads the full contractor procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Supervises licensed contractors during project execution.
  • Coordinate detailed site inspections at key milestones and project closeout to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensures contractor compliance with program standards and HUD/CDBG regulations.
  • Collect, review and verify homeowner’s financial documentation including income, assets, credit and real estate records.
  • Review loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy, following up on missing or inconsistent information.
  • Communicate consistently with title companies.
  • Prepare and submit complete loan files and resubmit as needed to title company for recording.
  • Prepare closing packages, coordinate closing timelines and ensure all approvals are secured before funding.   
  • Provides prompt and professional responses to homeowner inquiries and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitors project progress continuously, ensuring milestones are met while upholding client confidentiality.
  • Assists with preparing construction-related data for funder reporting and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, finance, real estate or related field with 1-3 years’ experience 

  • Valid Texas Drivers’ License.
