Position Summary: The Service Coordinator will assist in the procurement and coordination of electrical construction, renovation, and service projects
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation review and maintenance of invoices
- Responsible for all aspects of Work Orders, making sure they are complete and concise
- Assist in administrative duties relating to service management as required, such as filing, phone calls, mailings, data entry, etc.
- Understand service billing schedule and provide input for timely billings
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable departments as needed
- Maintain an accurate filing system for billings, credit card payments, paid invoices and all customer and tax information
- Support estimating efforts as needed
- Work with customers on completing all required forms
- Dispatching electricians as necessary

- All other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented with drive to accomplish set goals
- Must exhibit an energetic and positive attitude
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Will consider equivalent experience on a case by case basis
- Experience in project coordination beneficial; however, training will be provided
