The Construction Field Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for field supervisors as well as serving as back-up support for the Construction Senior Field Operations Administrator. The Construction Field Operations Administrator will possess the ability to work without direct supervision while dealing diplomatically and effectively with customers and employees throughout the corporation.

A day in the life:

  • Manage all aspects of New Hire On-boarding (i.e., pre-employment drug screens, Resource Planning entry, work with new hires and hiring managers to ensure on-boarding needs are met)
  • Coordinate temporary labor requests, onboarding documentation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate jobsite specific requirements (badging, drug testing, pre-visit safety registrations)
  • Maintain and manage superintendent daily reports in Procore
  • Prepare 8-week lookahead planning reports as requested, based on current assignments
  • Coordinate initial job setup, including resource planning entry, requesting fuel PINs, and prepare and maintain written job site directions and project instructions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with Resource Planning, including updating project supervision roles and report distributions (i.e., Vector report)
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting for Procore-related issues
  • Coordinate and track safety training for all temporary labor across operating units
  • Track and maintain Build Safe Together (BST) participation and compliance status
  • Plan and/or assist with special events, including Open Enrollment, Safety Week, Tradesmen Day, and the Holiday Party
  • Serve as liaison between field employees and office, route phone calls, emails, mail to appropriate department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

You should have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment.
  • Self-directed and dependable, able to work independently.
  • Clear, professional communicator (strong written and verbal skills).
  • Responsive and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software; experience with Procore or similar systems preferred.
