We are seeking a high-level Administrative Controller to oversee the internal administrative and financial systems of a growing service organization.

This role is not dispatch and not sales.

This role owns:

  • financial accuracy

  • administrative execution

  • internal operational support

🔑 Core Responsibilities

  • Own Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections discipline

  • Manage payroll accuracy and reporting integrity

  • Maintain clean financial data (QuickBooks + reporting systems)

  • Oversee HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance)

  • Ensure CRM and system data accuracy across all departments

  • Support leadership with reporting, not decision-making

  • Maintain administrative workflows and internal coordination

🚫 What This Role Does NOT Do

  • Does NOT dispatch technicians

  • Does NOT control scheduling

  • Does NOT manage field production

  • Does NOT override operations

  • AR days outstanding ↓

  • Payroll accuracy = 100%

  • Clean financial reporting weekly

  • Zero data gaps in CRM / systems

  • Administrative tasks executed without delay
