We are seeking a high-level Administrative Controller to oversee the internal administrative and financial systems of a growing service organization.
This role is not dispatch and not sales.
This role owns:
Core Responsibilities

Own Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections discipline

Manage payroll accuracy and reporting integrity

Maintain clean financial data (QuickBooks + reporting systems)

Oversee HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance)

Ensure CRM and system data accuracy across all departments

Support leadership with reporting, not decision-making

Maintain administrative workflows and internal coordination
