HART Technologies, an AS9100D certified design and build company, is seeking motivated Software Engineers to join our mission-focused development team. As a member of our highly-integrated team, you will support the evolution of emerging technologies and working as part of an integrated team to see your code drive real-world control systems and sophisticated training environments. We are currently hiring for both Mid-level and Senior positions to support the design, build, and integration of these critical systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for real-time control and training systems, ensuring seamless communication between software logic and physical hardware.
- Develop and refine high-fidelity simulated models to facilitate lab-based development, verification, and validation (V&V) testing.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a existing product code bases, applying rigorous engineering standards to develop, troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize system performance in a laboratory setting.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience in a team environment.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Python.
- Experience developing and deploying within Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Background in one of the following areas:
- Physics based 6DOF simulations
- Real-time embedded systems
- MATLAB Simulink development
