About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service through phone, email, and live chat. This position offers the opportunity to build foundational skills in customer service and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Follow company guidelines and compliance requirements in all communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and work with multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
