Job Description

As a Commercial HVAC Journeyman in TLC’s Commercial & Industrial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service and leadership on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, delivering high-quality work, and maintaining strong production performance. This role also includes providing guidance and direction to helpers and less experienced team members.

Job Requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform installations, service work, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing
• Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily
• Coordinate with dispatch, team members, and management to meet scheduling commitments
• Provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to team members
• Assist with training and development of less experienced technicians

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC Journeyman License (required)
• EPA Certification (required)
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Salary

$30 - $38 (hourly)
