Do you love live shows, big events, and the thrill of being behind the scenes? The Washington Pavilion is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Stagehands to join our seasonal call list pool. This is your chance to play a key role in bringing world-class productions, concerts, and Broadway shows to life!

  • Excellent Pay: $18/hr for touring shows, $24/hr for Broadway shows, plus $1.50/hr shift differential for late-night work.

What You’ll Do:

🎭 Set the Stage – Help prepare performance spaces, set up lights, sound, and rigging, and get everything performance-ready.
🎭 Be the Backstage Hero – Load and unload equipment, assist with scene changes, operate lighting and sound, and support performers behind the scenes.
🎭 Wrap it Up – After the show, help return the space to its original setup, report any equipment issues, and get ready for the next big event.

 

What You Need:

✅ A willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team
✅ Ability to work long hours when needed (the show must go on!)
✅ A positive attitude and respect for all performers and crew
✅ Must be 18 or older

Experience in technical theatre is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we’ll show you the ropes!
