Eastern States Construction Service is looking for an experienced Paving Foreman who is already successful in the field but ready for a better opportunity and the next step in their career.

We perform public and private heavy construction work and are looking for a proven foreman who can take ownership of a paving operation, lead a crew, and deliver quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading a paving crew
• Strong knowledge of paving, rolling, grading, compaction, and production
• Experience coordinating crews, equipment, trucking, and materials
• Ability to read plans, understand grades, and meet project specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done
