Shift: 1st Shift, 5 day work week, 22-25 hours per week
Compensation: $21.03/ hr. DOQ

A Typical Work Day May Include:
Create, administer, and coordinate changes to utility customer accounts.
Investigate and address utility customer concerns and prepare work orders.
Process payments and balance daily deposit.
Answer utility phone lines, set up utility services and process customer payments.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
Receive, sort, and disseminate mail, goods and supplies.
Enter backflow device reports into the backflow database.
Issue pet licenses and serve as the main point of contact for residents and veterinary clinics.

 What You Will Need:
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to three years related office support experience.
Kansas identification card or a valid driver’s license.

 What Will Put You Ahead:
Associate degree in related field.
Ability to operate multi-phone telephone, radio equipment, and other office related machinery. 
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to use PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher. 

Knowledge of business correspondence, filing, typing, organizational skills, and clerical procedures.
Some earned college credit hours from an accredited university.
