What You'll Do

  • Support project teams on active construction projects and in office operations
  • Learn project management and field operations processes
  • Participate in project meetings, jobsite walks, and coordination activities
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, safety, quality, and project tracking
  • Collaborating with Project Engineers, Superintendents, Project Managers, and company leaders
  • Gain exposure to preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, safety, and business operations
  • Complete an internship capstone presentation highlighting your summer experience and key learnings

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in:

Construction Management

Construction Science

Construction Engineering

Civil Engineering

Architecture

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Business or related fields connected to the construction industry

  • Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in commercial construction and project delivery
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
