Sheet Metal Apprentice or Journeyman
Metropolitan Mechanical Contractor's Fargo Construction team is seeking qualified candidates for a Sheet Metal Shop Apprentice or Journeyman position. Our company is growing and we are excited to bring new talent to the team! This is a Union position working for Local 10 but you do not have to currently be in the Union to be considered for this position. MMC can assist in introducing you to Local 10.
The ideal candidate will have some basic mechanical skills and abilities and will have a strong interest in the field. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the sheet metal trade.
Duties include working with other apprentices and journeymen in fabrication, assembly, insulation, and installation of sheet metal products and structures. Work will include the use of hand tools and machinery (e.g. forklift). This a field positon.
Pay and Benefits:
You will receive Union scale wages depending on experience and Union assessed experience and skill level.
You will also be eligible to enroll in our Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) after 6 months of employment.
