REPORTS TO: Business Development Specialist

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work 15-28 hours a week: Flexible Schedule.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve conflict professionally, independently and/or with the assistance of management.
• Communicates effectively in English (oral, verbal, and written).
• Possess intermediate to expert social media skills.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and remain in static positions for duration of shift.
• Able to handle, protect and maintain the confidentiality of information. NOTE: A signed confidentiality agreement is required as part of his position.
• Possess strong desire, willingness and ability to learn new tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research information as it pertains to our industry and our company. Assist marketing coordinator in developing content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Track social media results during duration of internship and prepare a report.
• Maintain Constant Contact database monthly.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator with the monthly employee e-newsletter.
• Assist Marketing Manager with Company Event Planning.
• Complete an assigned research project and present to leadership team.
• Attend Fab Shop Tour and shadow on construction site visits.
• Attend all Marketing Video Production and Public Relation Meetings.
