Location: Conroe to Beaumont, Texas
The salary range for this position is $24-$57.50 hourly, plus $200 per day perdiem. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

About the Role
Our Overhead Power Line Crews play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable electric service to customers through the construction, maintenance, and restoration of overhead distribution infrastructure. Crew members are expected to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, integrity, and professionalism while supporting customer and company objectives. The Overhead Power Line Crew is responsible for the construction, maintenance, repair, and storm restoration of overhead electrical distribution systems. Crew members work safely and efficiently to install and maintain poles, conductors, transformers, insulators, and related electrical equipment while ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and participating in emergency response and restoration efforts as needed.
