Position Overview
The Field Engineer Intern gains hands-on, real-world experience in project supervision, crew management, and field operations across our specialized divisions. Working directly under a Superintendent, this role bridges engineering theory and practical field execution.

Key Responsibilities
Field Management & Operations
Manage day-to-day field operations alongside internal crews and subcontractors.
Monitor project cost control, quality standards, productivity, and safety compliance.
Assist crews with hands-on tasks and operate equipment as needed.
Train, coach, and provide positive reinforcement to crew members, operators, and drivers.
Client Relations & Project Support
Direct contact with customers, including attending pre-job meetings and completing punch-list reviews.
Support site layout, material tracking, and daily production reporting under Superintendent leadership.
Prioritize safety in all daily activities and lead by example on the jobsite.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
Leadership & Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to lead people and manage project tasks.
Licensing & Driving Record: Valid driver’s license required. Relatively clean motor vehicle report (applicants with drug or alcohol driving offenses in the last three years will not be considered; other violations evaluated per insurance standards).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Availability: Ability to work 40–50 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
