 What You’ll Earn

  • $50.00 – $68.00/hr. (based on experience)
  • Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available 
 

 What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced HVAC control systems
  • Perform system calibration using tools like multimeters, laptops, and network devices
  • Execute point-to-point checkout and system verification
  • Integrate systems across major platforms (JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane, Schneider, ALC, Tridium)
  • Deliver hands-on training to building owners and operators
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions in the field
 

 What You Bring

  • High school diploma (technical training a plus)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on DDC / HVAC controls experience 
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and field problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of:
    • HVAC systems & control sequences
    • Electrical schematics & construction drawings
    • Installation and operation of control devices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in active job sites

👉 Programming experience and N4 certification preferred
