3C Industries is looking for a QA/QC Coordinator to join the team on a large-scale, hyperscale data center project. This role is focused on helping make sure the work being built is done right, documented properly, and meets the project’s plans, specifications, and quality standards.

QA/QC is about being proactive about quality throughout construction — not just finding problems after the work is complete. You’ll work alongside the project and field teams to understand quality requirements, monitor work in progress, coordinate inspections, track issues, and help drive items through resolution and closeout.

This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of the field, project management, and subcontractor teams. You’ll need to be comfortable walking the jobsite, reviewing project documents, asking questions, following up on details, and helping the team stay ahead of potential quality issues.

Location: Point Pleasant, WV

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Quality: Help implement and maintain the project QA/QC program, ensuring construction activities meet project plans, specifications, standards, and 3CI quality expectations.

Coordinate Field Quality: Work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor work in the field, identify quality concerns, and coordinate timely resolution.

Manage Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, reports, deficiency logs, punch lists, and other quality documentation throughout construction.

Review Project Requirements: Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other project documents to help identify quality requirements and ensure they are communicated to the field team.

Drive Issue Resolution: Track deficiencies and corrective actions through completion, partnering with project and field teams to prevent recurring quality issues and minimize rework.

Support Inspections & Testing: Participate in inspections, testing, quality meetings, and coordination activities to verify work is being completed in accordance with project requirements.

Support Project Closeout: Assist with commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout activities to ensure required quality documentation and deliverables are complete and accurate.

Collaborate Across the Project Team: Build strong working relationships with field and office teams, subcontractors, and other project partners to promote a consistent, proactive approach to quality throughout the project.

Bring Construction Experience: Apply construction experience and a strong understanding of field operations, construction sequencing, documentation, and subcontractor coordination to support quality on a complex hyperscale data center project.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of construction experience in a QA/QC, field or office-based role
• Experience with commercial, industrial, data center, PEMB, or similarly complex construction projects preferred
• QA/QC, Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Project Engineer experience highly valued
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, drawings, specifications, and subcontractor coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction platforms preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with field teams, project leadership, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to identify quality concerns, coordinate resolutions, and help prevent rework
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability construction environment
