Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

We are a trusted local leader in indoor heating, cooling and plumbing, proudly serving Northern Virginia since 1979. As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you'll be an important part of our friendly team, helping both our residential and commercial customers each day.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and handle inbound customer calls for scheduling service and maintenance
• Place daily outbound calls to customers as needed
• Accurately document customer information in our system
• Assign and dispatch technicians based on location and schedule
• Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
• Typing speed of 70 wpm
• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls
• Know your way around Northern Virginia’s main locations (or eager to learn!)
• Strong communication and accuracy in data entry (we use Service Titan)
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience
• Previous HVAC or plumbing industry experience
• Experience with dispatching software

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one hour lunch break) Monday-Friday

Remote opportunities 4 days a week, one day in the office (Wednesday)
