Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction, invoice customers, negotiate change orders
• Direct site supervisors to ensure timely, productive, quality and cost-effective management of projects
• Purchase materials, schedule equipment, manpower and subcontractors
• Monitor and maintain schedule reports for work in progress and backlog.
• Prepare monthly cost-to-completes for each project and post-mortems at completion of projects
• Communicate and effectively work with other Departments including Operations, Safety, Site Excavating, Paving, Concrete and Estimating
• Understand and use Critical Path Management

Experience & Qualifications

• Required 5 Years Experience in Site Construction or 2 Years Experience as excavating Project Manager
• Required High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
