We are hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Journeyman for our HVAC fabrication shop.
This is a shop-based sheet metal fabrication position for someone who is experienced working from blueprints, shop drawings, submittals, and project specifications to fabricate and assemble commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal products.

What You’ll Do
As a Sheet Metal Shop Journeyman, you will fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and equipment used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fabricate and assemble HVAC sheet metal products and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals
- Complete fabrication according to project specifications
- Measure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal materials
- Produce accurate, quality fabrication work
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Follow shop procedures and IMCOR safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform additional sheet metal trade-related assignments as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of recent HVAC sheet metal experience
- Strong sheet metal fabrication and assembly skills
- Commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals
- Ability to work accurately from measurements and project specifications
- Dependable attendance and reliable work habits
- Strong attention to quality
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively with a fabrication shop team
