Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

    ●    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

    ●    Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs and project documentation

    ●    Supervise and coordinate multiple crews and work activities

    ●    Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize field operations

    ●    Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with customers, inspectors, management, and field personnel

    ●    Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and project schedules

    ●    Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
