Who We’re Looking For

There’s no trade experience required for this role. What we’re looking for can’t be scored on a form - it’s who you are day to day.

• Reliable - you show up, on time, every day, and follow through on what you say
• Strong work ethic - you go beyond what’s asked and take pride in doing things right
• Eager to grow - you ask questions, seek feedback, and want to build a real career
• Able to push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent

   

  What You’ll Do

  When a technician has the right parts at the right time, they can take care of our customers. You are a direct part of making that happen.

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites and field technicians
• Warehouse work - organizing, staging and stocking material, plus projects around the shop
• Part pick-ups from suppliers and vendors
• Van build-outs - prepping and stocking service vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles inside and out
• Assist with vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance
• Keep our building and grounds in shape - snow and ice removal in winter, lawn and landscape upkeep in summer, trash and recycling year round
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch
