Position Summary

Career Links is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Denison, Iowa. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment approaches and innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' functional status and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain compliance with state practice laws, professional standards, and clinic policies
• Promote patient engagement and independence through evidence-based treatment interventions

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
