🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prepare, grade, fill, and compact jobsite terrain
• Install silt fencing and erosion-control materials
• Load and unload materials and operate hand tools
• Support crew leaders and work alongside a hardworking team
• Maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites

👷 WHAT YOU NEED
✔️ At least 6 months of construction experience
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in changing weather
✔️ A strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and commitment to safety
➕ Bobcat or small-equipment experience is a plus!
