What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installation projects while helping your team deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences.
Lead the Installation
Lead residential heating and cooling installations from job preparation through final walkthrough.
Install and troubleshoot central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and other residential HVAC equipment.
Set the pace for the installation team while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot challenges in the field and identify practical solutions.
Build a Stronger Team
Lead by example and mentor apprentice and developing HVAC installers.
Delegate responsibilities, provide guidance, and help your team build technical skills.
Communicate with installation managers and field leadership to keep projects running smoothly.
Deliver Five-Star Service
Treat every customer's home with professionalism, care, and respect.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
Communicate confidently with homeowners and provide a positive installation experience.
Ensure every installation is completed to company standards, including equipment documentation and final cleanup.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, mechanical systems, and applicable installation and safety codes.
Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and solve problems independently.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Commitment to job site safety and professional development.
