  • Issue tools and supplies to coworkers accurately
  • Track inventory in our computer system, reorder stock items, and help with cycle counts.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on shop tools and safety equipment, and help coworkers choose the right tools and supplies
  • Run regular audits of tools, safety gear, and job materials
  • Check expiration dates on adhesives and epoxies and remove expired products
  • Coordinate scrap recycling pickups and keep breakroom and restroom supplies stocked
  • Follow all safety procedures and attend monthly safety meetings

  • 1 to 3 months of related experience (stockroom, warehouse, shipping, or similar), or equivalent training
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Comfort with basic math, measurements, and using a tape measure
  • Ability to operate a forklift, hoist, power tools, and shop equipment (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license (to operate company vehicles as needed)

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
  • Regular standing, bending, and climbing
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving machinery, and dust or fumes; moderate noise level
