THE POSITION
ISC is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to work alongside experienced electrical professionals while building their skills in electrical construction.
This position provides hands-on experience installing electrical systems and equipment while learning proper construction methods, tools, safety practices, and quality standards. Candidates should have foundational electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn and advance their craft.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist Journeyman Electricians and other craft professionals with electrical construction and installation activities.
- Install and assist with rigid, aluminum, coated, and PVC conduit.
- Use or learn to use mechanical, electric, and hydraulic conduit-bending equipment.
- Fabricate and install conduit supports.
- Assist with installation of cable tray and associated supports.
- Install wire and cable in conduit, raceways, and cable tray using manual and mechanical methods.
- Use applicable electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand tools safely.
- Follow drawings, instructions, safe work practices, and established quality standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping and assist with material handling, demolition, maintenance, and other construction activities as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Foundational knowledge of electrical construction and applicable safety practices.
- Ability and willingness to learn electrical installation methods, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and work safely as part of a construction team.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, productivity, and jobsite housekeeping.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to develop electrical craft skills.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pass applicable post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks.
- Ability to meet applicable project, site-access, and employment requirements.
