THE POSITION
ISC is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to support electrical construction on mission-critical and data center projects while developing their skills alongside experienced electrical professionals.
This position provides hands-on experience installing electrical infrastructure supporting critical power and high-performance facilities, while learning proper installation methods, tools, safety practices, and quality standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with mission-critical electrical construction and installation.
- Install and assist with conduit, raceways, supports, cable tray, wire, and cable.
- Learn to use mechanical, electric, and hydraulic conduit-bending equipment.
- Assist with installation of electrical equipment and power-distribution systems.
- Support electrical work involving switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs/RPPs, busway, panels, and associated infrastructure as assigned.
- Assist with grounding and bonding systems.
- Follow electrical drawings, installation details, specifications, and instructions.
- Support installation activities associated with system completion, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
- Safely use applicable hand, power, hydraulic, and construction tools.
- Maintain quality workmanship, good housekeeping, and safe work practices.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Foundational knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety.
- Interest in developing skills in mission-critical, data center, and critical-power electrical construction.
- Ability and willingness to learn electrical installation methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow drawings, instructions, and established work procedures.
- Commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, teamwork, and desire to advance within the electrical trade.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Electrical construction or apprenticeship
- Mission-critical or data center construction
- Conduit and raceway systems
- Cable tray and wire installation
- Grounding and bonding
- Switchgear and transformers
- UPS and generator systems
- PDUs, RPPs, and busway
- Critical-power infrastructure

- Ability to meet applicable project, client, site-access, and safety requirements.
- Additional training or qualifications may be required based on assigned responsibilities.
