HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Program Analyst join our Logistics team in support of A9100D certified design and production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple time-sensitive deliveries, and communicates clearly with customers, vendors, and carriers. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new software tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Documentation & Tracking: Enter and maintain shipment data in approved tracking system; generate detailed reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with project leadership, vendors, and shipping carriers to confirm that all deliverables are included, shipments are dispatched promptly, and delivery timelines are clearly communicated.
- Quality Assurance: Review incoming documents and materials for accuracy; verify that received materials match purchase orders and are properly organized for release to production.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall supply-chain efficiency.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
