You build qualifications packages, proposals, and interview presentations for public and private clients. You work directly with Business Development, project managers, and executives to keep each pursuit on schedule, and you turn technical information into clear, client-focused messaging and design. - Pursuit schedules. Plan and facilitate kickoff and review meetings, setting timelines and expectations for the pursuit team (Marketing, Business Development, Project Managers, and Executives) to keep internal deadlines on track.
- Team coordination. Solicit and coordinate information from subconsultants, subcontractors, and other team members for inclusion in pursuit materials.
- Messaging and win themes. Collaborate with the pursuit team to develop win themes, keep messaging consistent across pursuit documents, and translate technical information into clear, client-focused content.
- Layout and graphics. Produce creative layouts and graphics that support and strengthen narrative content.
- Interviews. Support pre-interview planning and presentation creation and rehearsal.
- CRM and content libraries. Maintain accurate pursuit records, update project, resume, and opportunity records in the CRM (Unanet) and content libraries in Creative Cloud, and generate reports and metrics that support pursuit success.
- Hard-bid support. Support the Estimating/Preconstruction Department with firm qualifications needed for hard-bid pursuits.
- Campaigns and events. Support targeted marketing campaigns with the Communications and Business Development Teams, and assist with large company events and internal initiatives.
