Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or equal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong employee management background
• Reporting/Organizational skills
• Emphasis on team building, maintaining quality, increasing efficiency
• Industrial paint knowledge is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with the Colorado construction marketplace is a plus
