Brighton Securities is committed to providing the top Financial Advisor Training Program in Rochester, which starts with the completion of several regulatory requirements, including a few FINRA exams. Following the successful completion of this mandatory part of the program, trainees hit the ground running through our custom tailored program which includes educational modules focused on a variety of topics led by both Brighton Securities as well as our clearing firm, First Clearing, LLC, a Wells Fargo Company. In addition to the in person training component of the program, you will receive collaborative guidance support on prospecting and marketing. Trainees perform all the normal functions of a full-time financial advisor in terms of seeking, building and maintaining client relationships and developing a base of knowledge and experience in financial markets. Targeted workshops led by industry experts will boost your confidence and productivity as you learn the business from the inside out.

Trainees will undergo a rigorous preparation process in order to become registered with FINRA and acquire the required FINRA licenses, Series 7 and 66, within the first 8 weeks of hire.
