Summary Description:  Perform various welds, work on timely manner, provide assistance to Plant Manager and Plant Staff.

Detailed Description:

•  Fabricate and weld wire cages.
• Ensure all cages are made to acceptable quality standard.
• Filling of aggregate bins with loader.
• Document work needed and repair of plant equipment.
• Finishing products: patch material application, protective coating application, and label application.
• Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.
• Carefully and safely storing forms, materials, and supplies.
• Using lifting equipment and forklifts safely.
• Loading of delivery trucks.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery.

• Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work as part of the team.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
• Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
