AAA Electrical Services is a locally owned and operated electrical company servicing the Sacramento metro area for the past 25 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives who can help us continue to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in electrical repair and installation. We do residential, commercial and public works.

This Customer Care Representative position is based in our Sacramento, CA office.

We’re looking for individuals who love helping customers and want to be part of a growing company in the Sacramento,CA area. The position of Customer Care Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact when customers contact us. This important position is responsible for answering the phone, managing email and doing computer data entry.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great phone etiquette and phone skills to answer multi-line phone system
  • Positive person with a “can-do” attitude
  • A quick learner who can adapt to change and enjoys learning new things
  • Strong computer skills and must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Additional skills preferred:

  • Skilled in using Intuit QuickBook's
  • Bilingual speaker who is fluent in English as well as Spanish or Russian


    ****This position is temporary (40 hours per week) and decrease to part time 24-30 hours per week.
