Aureon has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst. Duties & responsibilities include:
- Serve as lead system analyst for Aureon HR’s HRis and all integrated HRis systems
- Provide technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancements on all HRis integrations
- Provides assistance in writing process and procedures for HRis and integration updates
- Performs testing and analysis on software upgrades in collaboration with the Testing & Security Analyst along with business unit functional analysts
- Participate in testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting systems
- Provides best practices and routine consultation to users of systems
- Accountable for leading the functional analysts in the business unit in using the system from the technical aspects
- Implement tools and facilitates text formatting and file conversion and transfer, handles or directs data imports
- Works with HRis Solution Consultant Act to troubleshoot with vendors of software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution
- Plan and execute software version upgrade releases and custom interfaces at the direction of the HRis Solution Consultant
- Maintain senior level expertise in the software industry through continuing education
- Meets regularly with system vendors and/or the business unit to understand current issues and enhancement list
Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four year university in business administration, computer science or related field
- Minimum four years related experience and/or training in business administration or computer science
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

Tools, Equipment and Software:
- Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Familiar use with HRIS, cloud-based payroll software, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
