Plumbing Sales

Michael and Son Services is currently seeking a bright and assertive Residential Plumbing Sales Professional in the DMV area. This position is responsible for evaluating situations, recommending solutions, closing sales, coordinating with technical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

Sell products following established guidelines. Present sales solutions and proposals to customers, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of our competition. Follow up with leads.

Interested candidates must be able to pass a background check, a clean Driving Record and be required to take a drug screen test.  We are looking for installers who will strive to be the best and give the best customer service.  We are looking for team players that show up every day prepared and ready to work. No Sales experience required.

Job Requirements:

Plumbing experience desirable but not required.

Must have strong sales, customer service and diagnostic skills.

Maintains a “can do attitude.”

A team player who contributes and work with others accomplishing results.

Attention to detail and punctuality is critical.
